What is the best present you have ever gotten?

After I started getting older, my family kind of stopped doing the whole “presents” thing on birthdays or holidays. I used to feel sad about this, but last year when I turned 19 I bought myself a present. I adopted the sweetest little kitten ever. I named him after an artist I really love, Arca. Having him around has made me feel so much better and so much less lonely so many times.
