Is there an object (at your home/in your room) that represents a memory of the past (year)?

A large poster with a sponge frame. It was made for my portfolio evening, I did it together with my mom. I had to come up with some sort of decor and my entire portfolio is sponge inspired. The night before hand I sat with my mom for 5 hours until 2 am, glueing sponges onto different objects including around the poster.
