Is there an object (at your home/in your room) that represents a memory of the past year?

I bought this ring 3 years ago from an old Mexican guy who sold silver rings and other jewelry on the streets of Mexico City. At that time I often had panic attacks and felt super anxious about public transport, because I experienced extreme thunderstorms and turbulences during the two flights from Berlin to Mexico. Before taking my flight back to Germany I saw this ring as my lucky charm, that would take care of me.
