What reminds you of your hometown?

I feel like when I was younger every household of my friends would have their staple snackbar as a family. Ours was Bram Ladage and my mom would get it from her work route back to home about twice a year. So I always loved it because I couldn't have it often. When I grew older I would get it myself more often. Everytime i'm not in Rotterdam or the Netherlands and I see fries, I start craving the Bram Ladage. Preferably in a pointy bag covered in sauce, no takeaway.
